Face Data Summary
MivoFrame processes images that may contain facial information for requested AI creative features, including AI image generation, AI video generation, image-to-image effects, image-to-video effects, text-to-image creation, text-to-video creation, and face-related visual effects. Face data collection, use, disclosure, sharing, storage, and retention are fully explained in Section 1.2 Face Data, with additional details in Section 3, Section 4, Section 5, Section 6, and Section 10. Face-containing content is processed only on infrastructure operated or controlled by our development team using our own models. We do not send face data, photos, videos, prompts, or other user-generated content to any third-party AI service or third-party AI model.
No Third-Party AI Model Use
MivoFrame provides AI-based creative features using models and processing infrastructure operated and controlled by our development team. We do not use third-party AI services for AI generation, and we do not send user photos, videos, prompts, face data, or other user-generated content to external AI providers.
MivoFrame ("MivoFrame", "we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, store, and protect information when you use the MivoFrame mobile application and related services.
MivoFrame lets you create AI-enhanced images and videos. Depending on the feature you choose, you may provide photos, videos, text prompts, style references, task settings, or other creative inputs. User content may include images that contain your face, the face of another person, or other personal information visible in the selected media.
We collect user content only when you choose to submit it for a feature, such as uploading a photo, selecting one or more source images, entering a prompt, generating a result, saving a result, or viewing generation history.
When you use AI image, AI video, image-to-image, image-to-video, text-to-image, text-to-video, or face-related visual effects, MivoFrame may process images or videos that contain facial information. We collect and use face data only as follows:
Face data collection, use, disclosure, sharing, storage, and retention are explained in this Section 1.2 and in Section 3 AI Processing, Section 4 How We Use Information, Section 5 How We Disclose Information, Section 6 Data Retention, and Section 10 Your Rights and Deletion Requests.
MivoFrame may create or use an anonymous account or session so that the App can provide generation tasks, credits, subscription status, purchase status, history, and support functions. This may include a user ID, access token, app ID, app version, subscription status, credit balance, task IDs, task status, result URLs, and timestamps.
We collect limited account and technical information needed to operate the App, including iOS version, app version, build version, bundle identifier, country or region, language, locale, a randomly generated first-party anonymous account identifier, and App Tracking Transparency status. The anonymous account identifier lets us restore your App account and entitlements. Our anonymous-login request does not include screen dimensions, CPU core count, storage capacity, or other device fingerprinting attributes.
If you grant permission through Apple's AppTrackingTransparency framework, we may access the device advertising identifier (IDFA) for advertising attribution, campaign measurement, analytics, and fraud prevention. You can change this permission at any time in iOS Settings.
MivoFrame offers subscriptions and consumable credit packages through Apple in-app purchase. Apple processes payment information. We do not receive your full payment card number. We may receive or process purchase-related information such as product ID, transaction ID, signed Apple transaction information, subscription type, expiration status, credit grants, and purchase verification results so that we can unlock paid features and update your credit balance.
If you submit feedback through the in-app Contact Us feature, we may collect the content of your message, issue type, app version, app ID, user ID, and submission time so that we can respond to issues, improve the App, and maintain service quality.
MivoFrame uses Apple's photo picker so you can choose specific photos or videos for creative features. The App can access only the media you select through the picker. When you save generated images or videos, MivoFrame may request add-only Photo Library permission so it can save the result to your device.
MivoFrame provides AI-based creative features using models and processing infrastructure operated and controlled by our development team. When you choose an AI feature and submit content, your prompts, uploaded images or videos, technical task parameters, and result-related metadata are processed on infrastructure operated or controlled by our development team to generate the result you request.
We do not send your photos, videos, prompts, face data, or other user-generated content to any third-party AI service or third-party AI model. AI image and video generation is performed using our own models on infrastructure we operate or control.
Some infrastructure or service providers may help us operate non-AI parts of the App, such as authentication, backend hosting, storage, media delivery, analytics, attribution, crash prevention, or payment verification. These providers are not third-party AI providers and do not receive your uploaded photos, prompts, videos, or face data for AI model inference.
We use information for the following purposes:
We disclose information only as needed to operate MivoFrame, provide requested features, comply with legal requirements, and protect the service. We do not sell user-generated content, photos, videos, prompts, or face data.
No third-party AI sharing: We do not share your content, including photos, videos, images containing faces, prompts, face data, or generated task inputs, with any third-party AI service or external AI model provider.
We may disclose limited categories of information to the following types of service providers:
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including providing the App, maintaining security, handling support, complying with law, resolving disputes, and enforcing agreements.
User content and face data: Source photos, videos, prompts, task parameters, and media content that may contain face data are automatically deleted from our active production systems within 7 days after processing completion. User-facing task results may be deleted sooner, including after approximately 2 hours where indicated in the App.
Generated results and history: Generated result files, task previews, and user-facing history entries may be retained temporarily so you can view, save, or revisit them in the App. These results may be automatically removed after approximately 2 hours or otherwise within the short retention periods needed to operate the service.
Account, purchase, and security records: We may retain account identifiers, subscription status, purchase verification records, credit ledger records, transaction metadata, and security logs for longer periods where necessary to provide entitlements, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, support refunds or disputes, and maintain accounting records.
Deletion requests: You may request deletion at any time as described in Section 10. We will process deletion requests within 30 days unless a longer period is required or permitted by law, security, fraud prevention, or dispute handling.
MivoFrame requests Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission before enabling advertising measurement. Only an authorized permission status enables our advertising SDK initialization, advertising event reporting, and advertising attribution binding. If permission is denied, restricted, or not yet determined, the App does not access the IDFA or send advertising attribution requests. You can use generation, account, and purchase features without granting tracking permission.
With your tracking permission, our advertising partners, Meta/Facebook and Adjust, may receive advertising identifiers, limited device information, app events, purchase events, subscription events, and campaign information for advertising measurement and attribution. You may withdraw permission in iOS Settings at any time. The App checks the current permission when it returns to the foreground and before sending advertising attribution requests. Essential first-party account and purchase processing continues independently of advertising permission.
Paid subscriptions and credit packages are processed through Apple in-app purchase. Apple is responsible for payment processing, billing, refunds, payment methods, and App Store account payment information. We receive limited purchase and transaction information needed to verify purchases, manage subscriptions, grant credits, and provide paid features.
Auto-renewing subscriptions are managed by Apple. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, and disclosure. These measures include access controls, encrypted transport where supported, limited retention, and operational safeguards.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information and improve our safeguards over time.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection regarding personal information. You may also withdraw certain permissions through iOS Settings, including Photo Library and tracking permissions.
To request deletion of user content, face data, generated results, account-related data, or support messages, please contact us through the in-app Contact Us feature in the Profile section of MivoFrame. Please include enough information for us to identify your request, such as your user ID if available, the relevant task, and the type of data you want deleted.
We will process deletion requests within 30 days unless a longer period is required or permitted by law, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or accounting obligations. Some information may remain in backups for a limited time before being overwritten in the ordinary course of business.
MivoFrame is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
Your information may be processed in countries or regions other than where you live. When we transfer or process information internationally, we take reasonable steps designed to protect it as described in this Privacy Policy and as required by applicable law.
For App Store privacy disclosures, MivoFrame may collect data categories such as user content, identifiers, purchases, usage data, diagnostics, and device information for app functionality, analytics, attribution, purchase verification, security, and service improvement. The exact categories may depend on which features you use and your device permission choices.
User content, including photos, videos, prompts, and images containing faces, is used to provide App functionality and generate requested results. It is not shared with third-party AI services and is not used by third-party AI models.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of MivoFrame after an updated Privacy Policy becomes available means that you acknowledge the updated policy.
If you have questions about this Privacy Policy, privacy rights, deletion requests, or how MivoFrame handles user content and face data, please contact us through the in-app Contact Us feature in the Profile section of MivoFrame. If you are contacting us outside the App, please use the developer support contact listed on MivoFrame's App Store product page.
